Welcome to Cirquenastics.
This space was created for performers, athletes, and movers who want more from their training, not just to work harder, but to train with purpose, structure, and intention.
After years working in high level performance environments, I’ve seen something very common:
incredible talent… but a lack of clear, structured preparation.
Many performers are strong, dedicated, and passionate, yet still don’t feel physically ready when it matters most, whether that’s stepping into an audition, performing consistently, or returning after time off.
And it’s not because they’re not working hard.
It’s because most people are not shown how to train for performance.
Why I Created Cirquenastics
Cirquenastics came from real experience.
From the demands of performing at a high level, where your body is not just something you train. It’s your tool, your partner, and your responsibility.
I’ve experienced what it feels like to:
- push hard but not see progress
- feel strong in some areas but limited in others
- question if I was truly “ready”
And I’ve also experienced what happens when training becomes structured, intentional, and consistent.
That’s where everything changes.
What Cirquenastics Is Really About
Cirquenastics is not about random workouts or quick results.
It’s about building a body that is:
- strong
- controlled
- resilient
- mobile
- and reliable under pressure
It’s about developing the kind of physical and mental foundation that allows you to perform with confidence. Not just in training, but when it actually counts.
Because being “fit” is not the same as being performance ready.
